The information and explanation were excellent. We felt we were valued and treated with kindness. The welcoming was good were even offered tea/coffee and biscuits. The only thing needs improving was the waiting time which was very long given particularly for people in pain.

We have only one complaint I have rituximab, no every three and half so the appt is made 3 months in advance - we arrived at the correct time of noon. We had to wait much longer than usual and were eventually told that we had been booked in for 1:30 this without telling us. This caused late ordering from the pharmacy - and is not the first time this has happened.

The nurses are very caring. I was at major incident room today at p4 the unit was smelling and need to clean more because I could smell urine around the bay where I was told to sit.
